Refund & Cancellation Policy

We work hard to deliver high-quality digital products and services. Please review the policy below to understand how refunds and cancellations are handled for your purchases on OpenVault.

1. Digital Products

Access is granted immediately after successful payment. Once a digital product is delivered, activated, or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

Please review product details and previews carefully before purchase.

2. Service Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be raised within 24 hours of purchase or activation. After this window, refunds are not eligible.

In some cases, OpenVault may offer rescheduling or adjustments at our discretion.

3. Payment Disputes & Support

For payment errors or unexpected charges, contact our billing team promptly. Email: billing@openvault.in Include your registered email, transaction ID, and issue description.

4. Razorpay Transactions

All payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method, subject to Razorpay’s timelines.

OpenVault is not liable for delays from banks or gateways but will provide support and updates.

5. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in services, partners, or regulations. Updates take effect upon publication.
